What is the Circaid® Reduction Kit™?
The circaid reduction kit™ is an inelastic compression system designed to provide patients with greater independence in the treatment of late-stage lymphedema. From the start of therapy, the reduction kit actively involves patients in their care, fostering empowerment and improved outcomes.
With a modular component approach, therapists can tailor the kit to meet the specific needs of each patient. Components can be used individually or in combination, allowing for flexibility in treatment. As decongestion progresses, the kit can be adjusted to maintain proper compression, ensuring long-term success. This system enables patients to continue their therapy outside the clinic, with progress monitored and modified at follow-up visits.
Compression Garments for Lymphedema Treatment
A Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) may use a variety of compression products based on individual treatment plans, including:
